Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Reply to customer chat from the provided platform (marketplace, e.g: Shopee, Tokopedia, Instagram, etc)
- Follow up on pending orders, Sales (unfinished orders), and Shipping (Order process)
- Ensuring orders that are input and processed are in accordance with customer request
- Coordinate with other related divisions if there’s a change request from the customer
- Confirm if there’s a returned item or complaint
- Make daily reports (including daily cases)
- Reply to customer reviews from available platforms
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Man/Woman, max. 27 years
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree from any major
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate with customers/buyer
- Fast-Typing and Basic computer skills
- Can work with a team
- Able to work in 24 Hours-shifting and weekend & national holiday
- Basic English skill is a plus
